His ministry ended in the days of Hezekiah.  Please tell me that you understand “the days of” in this context are referring to the administration periods of kings.  The fact that Hosea prophesied during the reigns of Uzziah, Hezekiah and all the kings in between would imply this prophet was a contemporary with Isaiah.  However, the two may have still never met due to location.  Where was Hosea while he served the Lord?
