Inner Man Theatre

    There are apparently people out there that actually think it is sin, even for married couples, to reproduce, but they think of this as sort of a necessary sin.  This is ridiculous.  Being direct for a moment, if you have sexual relations with anyone that is not your spouse, God thinks that is disgusting and labels it sin.  It isn’t something that is unforgivable or will instantly doom you to hell, as your faith in Christ as the Son of God risen from the dead is what saves you, but this kind of intimacy outside of marriage is very wrong to do.  However, that said, married couples are very encouraged in Scripture to enjoy each other’s bodies.  Proverbs 5:15-20 and Hebrews 13:4 come to mind here.  It is because this act is so precious and honored that violating its bounds ruins its true purpose.
