The Sun of Righteousness shall arise with healing in His wings, and there’s something you need to understand.  This isn’t necessarily talking about wings of feathers, but it’s most likely referring to the border of the garment, where the signs of genealogy and authority are sewn into the outfit.  Understanding this will make more sense of Ruth’s encounter with Boaz and David’s shame at cutting Saul’s garment.  There is one more person who is significant to this fact.  She may have been thinking of this very prophecy when she did what she did.  Who am I talking about?

-The woman who anointed Jesus’ feet-

-Mary of Bethany-

-Mary Magdalene-

-The woman with a sickness who touched Jesus’ robe-
