Every man is tempted when he is drawn away of his own lust.  What this means is that instead of blaming Satan for our sins, we should realize that we are usually tempted to sin by our own selfish desires.  While lust can simply refer to our basic normal desires, like hunger and wanting sleep when we are tired, it usually refers to our selfish desires to do things we can not do without sinning.  That is what covetousness is.  Follow God, not your own selfish lusts.
